Meet the Founder
Victoria Bough
Founder and President
Victoria founded Highwood Consulting to help enterprise clients use AI to drive revenue growth. She and her teams use AI to integrate disparate data sources, reimagine products and experiences, change customer behaviors, build new systems and capabilities, and measure the financial impact of their investments.
Victoria spent almost a decade at McKinsey & Company, where she built its portfolio of customer experience AI-enabled technology assets, including its proprietary Journey Pulse and Experience DNA assets, which accelerated the financial impact of customer-centric growth programs. She counseled 120+ Fortune 500 executives on how to deploy these assets.
As a partner at McKinsey & Company, she helped corporate clients design and execute enterprise-wide customer-centric growth programs. She and her teams delivered multi-year programs built around AI-enabled diagnostics, agile cross-functional journey teams, culture change, and advanced analytics engines. They also designed and implemented AI-enabled systems that provided automated, personalized customer experiences.
Prior to McKinsey, Victoria spent more than a decade at Forrester, where she led the global customer experience practice and launched the firm's global consulting business.
Victoria earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and a BA in international relations from Tufts University. She lives in Denver and loves to hike in Red Rocks with her husband and their two teenage children.
